One Little Word............Believe!

While visiting an online friend's blog I was intrigued by her post about the power of one little word. A single word is powerful. As a teacher I know that it can be something that motivates or destroys. It can create love or hate. A single word can bring a person up or bring them down. It's powerful!

So the first thing I did was head over to Ali's blog and read about this mission.

So when reading Jamie's blog about her word I couldn't help but get inspired to create my own word. And to be honest, it wasn't hard.

As I pondered what word could be something to reflect on all year I kept coming to 'Believe'. As 2009 and 2010 have been a struggle economically within our nation and close to home, I find that I am beginning to have a renewed since of the power of believing in myself. As I sit in church and reflect on the sermons and thru the friendships of those around me, it became crystal clear that 'Believe' would be my word!

I'm excited to take on this new challenge! Welcome 2011!

Believe is such a powerful word. I always like to have a special scripture also. There are so many that are so special to me but recently I have been so Blessed by Ephesians 3: 20.

I read Ali's blog this week also! Fun concept!

I have the smallest version of the Cricut- the personal size. I just use the cartridge that came with it. When you buy one, you get a free cartridge with it. I used it on the words, but the rest of the cards are just hand cut on my paper cutter. I found my Cristu at Big Lots for only $99.00 0n sale!
